Shipping Information

1. How Orders Are Processed

Every item at TeeMam is printed after you place your order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to ship. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production within 1 to 2 business days before being handed to the carrier.

Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

During peak holiday periods such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Father’s Day, production may take an additional 1 to 2 days. If you are ordering for a specific date, place the order with enough lead time.

2. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is $6.50 per order regardless of destination.

Orders totaling $130 or more qualify for free shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No coupon code required.

3. Delivery Timeframes

The times below are transit times after your order has shipped. Add 1 to 2 business days for production.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance in the destination country. This can add extra time outside of our control. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by their local customs authority.

Rural and remote addresses may require additional delivery time beyond the estimates above.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to follow your package in transit.

There are two ways to check your order status:

• Track Order page: Visit our Order Tracking page, enter your Order ID and the billing email address used at checkout.
• Your account: If you have a TeeMam account, log in to My Account and go to the Orders section. Your tracking details will appear there.

If you did not receive a tracking email or the tracking number is not working, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.

5. Shipping Address

Check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Once an order enters production, we cannot change the delivery address.

If a package is returned or undelivered because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, TeeMam is not responsible for the loss. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error right after ordering.

6. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the product type and fulfillment location. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.

We do not ship a single order to multiple addresses. If you need items delivered to different locations, place a separate order for each address.

7. Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, customs processing, or peak season volume. We commit to shipping your order within the stated production window. What happens after it leaves our fulfillment partner is subject to the carrier’s timeline.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, contact us and we will investigate.
