Our Position on Copyright

TeeMam respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes copyright infringement seriously. We are committed to responding promptly and appropriately to valid notices of alleged infringement submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.

All designs sold on TeeMam are required to comply with applicable intellectual property laws. If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal notice using the procedure described below.

A. How to Submit an Infringement Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, your submission must include all of the following information. Incomplete notices will not be processed.

1. Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.
2. Identification of the specific content on the TeeMam website that you believe infringes your rights. Include the exact URL where the content appears so we can locate and verify it.
3. A description of how the content in question infringes on your copyrighted work or intellectual property.
4. Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
7. Your physical or electronic signature.

B. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

Upon receiving a complete and valid infringement notice, TeeMam will:

1. Review the notice within 3 business days of receipt.
2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the notice is deemed valid.
3. Notify the party responsible for the content that it has been removed or disabled.
4. Take appropriate action against repeat infringers, including permanent removal of content and termination of access to our services.

We will send a response to the email address provided in your notice once the review is complete.

C. How to Submit a Counter-Notice

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include all of the following:

1. Identification of the content that was removed or disabled, including a description of where it appeared on the TeeMam website before it was removed.
2. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or the Southern District of Florida if your address is outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the party who submitted the original infringement notice.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If a valid counter-notice is received, TeeMam may provide a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the rights owner files a court action within 10 to 14 business days, the removed content may be restored at TeeMam’s discretion.

D. False Notices and Liability

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content or activity is infringing, or that content was removed or disabled by mistake, may be held liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Submit a notice only if you have a genuine, good faith belief that your rights have been violated.

E. Repeat Infringers

TeeMam has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access to its services for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to act on this policy at our discretion based on the nature and frequency of violations.
